We are looking for an experienced full-time employee for our Construction Operations Management department (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What you can expect from us:
- Supervision of contract and claim management.
- Digitization and optimization of construction processes, measurement data and documentation.
- Preparation of supplements in close coordination with the project management.
- Creation and ongoing monitoring of the costing-based construction schedules.
- Accompanying cost calculations as well as analyzing and improving profitability.
What you bring with you:
- Degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification with specialization in construction operations.
- Sound knowledge of construction law, contract and claim management as well as construction scheduling and supplementary costing (e.g. with MS Project).
- Practical experience in construction planning, control and monitoring as well as in interface and communication management.
- Strong organizational skills, cost awareness and a structured, independent way of working.
- Willingness to travel regularly and confident in using construction-specific software and digital tools.
