Are you technically skilled, enjoy getting your hands dirty, and want to take on responsibility on the construction site? We’re looking for a new team member to join our Energy and Utilities Engineering division as an Installer / Lead Installer (m/f/d).
Location: Klipphausen/Dresden
Your tasks will be:
- Assembly and Installation of Energy and Utility Systems
- Installation work in the areas of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing (HVAC)
- Carrying out the work in accordance with technical drawings, plans, and assembly specifications
- Carrying out renovation, expansion, and installation work
- Preparation and Organization of Work on the Construction Site
- Coordination with construction and project management, as well as other trades
- Conducting quality control checks and documenting the work performed
- Support with measurements, commissioning, and acceptance inspections
- As a senior installer: Coordinating and providing technical guidance to installers and subcontractors on site
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements
Your profile and our expectations:
- Completed technical or vocational training, e.g., as a HVAC technician, heating and ventilation installer, pipefitter, or similar
- Work experience in the field of energy, utilities, or building services engineering, or in piping construction
- Experience in installing HVAC systems is a plus
- Proficiency in working with technical drawings and assembly plans
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Sense of Responsibility and Ability to Work in a Team
- For Lead Installers: Experience coordinating and supervising installation teams is desirable
- Class B driver's license
