We specialize in the implementation of major projects and framework agreements throughout Germany and in other European countries.

Our team is looking for a Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

The position is to be filled part-time or full-time.

Your tasks will be:

• Recording of job advertisements on various portals
• Personnel master data maintenance
• Co-supervision of our trainees
• Preparation of vacation contracts and training contracts
• Preparation of employment and training references
• Recording vacation data
• Communication with partners such as health insurance companies, income tax office, IHK, company doctor
• Public relations work, e.g. social media platforms, trade fair appearances, website support, design of advertising materials
• Taking over the design of our employee app
• Working in the graphic design app Canva
• Support with internal personnel processes
• Co-organization of events

Your profile and our expectations:

• First professional experience in personnel administration or a similar task would be very advantageous
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Experience in working with social media platforms desirable
• Written and spoken English language skills desired
• The ability to work in a team, reliability and strong communication skills round off your profile
