- Helping to shape the digital future of the TLC Group
- Enthusiasm for AI, digitalization and innovation
- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or automations
- Understanding of business processes
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Motivation to actively shape change
- Hands-on mentality and initiative

- Experience with process automation
