YOUR TASKS
- Preparation of offers, orders and additional calculations for building installations, specialising in technical insulation, cladding, passive fire protection and ventilation
- Preparation of cost estimates/quantity calculations and preparation of offers for complex tendering procedures (functional tenders and lump sums)
- Ensure cross-site collaboration, acquisition of construction contracts, recognising opportunities and risks when processing tenders from a commercial, contractual and technical perspective
- Synthesising the technical, contractual, commercial and calculation results of the tender process
- Accompanying major construction projects to support the project management in the preparation and preparation of additional tenders during the construction process
PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL PREREQUISITES
- Completed training as a technical insulator and/or further training as a technician or master craftsman in insulation or fire protection
- Good understanding of numbers and professional experience in preparing quotations for the installation of technical insulation installation of technical insulation, cladding, passive fire protection and ventilation in Denmark.
- Good knowledge of preparing service specifications and the use of MS Office and common calculation programmes, including IP
- Responsible, structured and independent work method with strong teamwork and communication skills and a winning personality
- EU work permit and driving licence (category B)
- Speaks Danish and English. German is a plus, but not a requirement
- Service-minded with respect for deadlines
As an Calculator, you will be co-responsible for driving our upcoming construction projects forward and coordinating them with a sharp focus on (additional) sales and deadlines. You will ensure that our customers can see themselves in our offers, and your working day will be characterised by responsibility and variety.
