With 230 permanent employees and over 220 freelancers, we have been supporting our customers for many years in the planning, manufacture, installation and maintenance of building equipment and supplying solutions of high German quality for construction projects throughout Europe. The construction industry reflects one of the most important sectors of the economy. Complex tasks require close networking between all those involved in construction.

In order to attract young specialists in the long term, we are offering the option of a three-year dual course of study in construction operations management from 10/2025 at our main site in Klipphausen.

Your tasks during the practical training:

• The course alternates between theory at the university in Glauchau and practice in the company and on the construction site
• Successive takeover of management tasks and projects
• Supporting the project manager in day-to-day business
• The dual study program prepares you for a career as a specialist and manager
• In addition to general business and economic knowledge, special construction management and construction law knowledge for the management of construction companies is taught
