Dual study program in energy and building technology (m/f/d)

The construction industry is one of the most important sectors of the economy. The complex tasks require close networking between all those involved in construction. In order to attract young specialists in the long term, we offer the option of a three-year dual study program at our main site in Klipphausen.
Your tasks during the practical training:
- The course alternates between theory at the university in Riesa and practice in the company and on the construction site
- Successive takeover of management tasks and projects
- Supporting the project manager in day-to-day business
- The dual study program prepares you for a career as a specialist and manager
- In addition to the engineering fundamentals, business management and construction law knowledge as well as special knowledge in the specialization of building technology are taught
