With 200 permanent employees and over 220 freelancers, we have been supporting our customers for many years in the planning, manufacture, installation and maintenance of building equipment and supplying solutions of high German quality for construction projects throughout Europe. TLC is in a strong growth process and Denmark is one of our strategic growth areas. We have therefore already established a Danish company with Danish management in the form of TL Concept Nordic ApS.
Your tasks:
- Construction management: project and schedule coordination, order processing and material planning, invoicing and financial responsibility as well as daily overview of the installation personnel
- Health & Safety: Ensuring order and safety on construction sites, compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and coordination of vacation planning
- Training & supervision: training, evaluation and development of technical staff in collaboration with the project manager
- Quality & Communication: continuous monitoring and improvement of quality and productivity as well as ensuring good communication and support for clients and project managers

Your profile:
- Several years of experience as a site manager in construction management
- Experience in installation - especially technical insulation, preferably sheet metal cladding, ventilation and fire protection
- Service-oriented, reliable and able to motivate yourself and employees
- Responsible and quality-conscious, loyal, honest and winning personality
- Willingness to travel to current construction projects in Denmark (we currently have projects on Zealand that are 1 year ahead of us)
- fluent in at least one of the Scandinavian languages and English. German is a plus, but not a requirement
- EU work permit and driving license (category B)
- Confident use of Microsoft (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
