We are looking for your expertise as aconstruction operations management employee (m/f/d) for our dynamic projects as soon as possible.

The position is to be filled full-time.

Your tasks will be:

• Contract and claim management
• Digitization of construction processes, measurements and documentation
• You prepare supplements in collaboration with the project management
• You create and monitor costing-based construction schedules
• You accompany cost calculations, analyze and optimize the profitability of construction projects
• Regular reporting and identification of disrupted construction processes

Your qualifications and our expectations:

• You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification with a specialization in construction operations
• You are familiar with construction law and contract and claim management
• You have good knowledge of costing-based construction scheduling and supplementary costing (MS Project)
• You are familiar with construction planning, control and monitoring
• You have strong organizational skills and cost awareness
• You have experience in interface management and communication with project participants
• You show willingness to travel regularly
