For our location in Hamburg, we are looking for a Branch Manager (m/f/d) with experience in the field of structural fire protection and technical insulation who will take on responsibility, develop structures and shape growth together with us.

What you can expect from us:
- Strategic and operational management of the Hamburg location
- Further development and realignment of the branch
- Expansion of the areas of structural fire protection and technical insulation
- Management and development of the team on site
- Supporting existing customers and establishing new business relationships
- Responsibility for sales, earnings and location development
- Control and optimization of internal processes
- Close cooperation with the management
What you bring with you:
- Several years of experience in the field:
- Structural fire protection
- Technical insulation / industrial insulation
- Experience in a managerial position
- Entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality
- Confident appearance and strong communication skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Sales affinity and organizational talent
- Class B driver's license
