TLC is undergoing a strong growth process and Denmark is one of our strategic growth areas. We are looking for a full-time foreman for the insulation department (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What you can expect from us:
- You will support, supervise and manage the installation personnel and any subcontractors; ensure that deadlines, tasks and quality targets are met and coordinate material requirements and logistics in close cooperation with the site manager.
- You will also ensure order and safety on the construction site, ensure consistent compliance with all health and safety regulations and coordinate the team
- You will also continuously drive forward the training, assessment and development of technical staff in coordination with the site manager.
- You continuously monitor quality and productivity on the construction site and implement targeted improvement measures.
- In addition, you will ensure clear and reliable communication with customers, the site manager and the team and actively contribute to the successful implementation of projects.
What you bring with you:
- You have completed training in the construction industry - ideally as a technical insulator - as well as a strong technical understanding and practical experience in installation, particularly in the field of technical insulation (e.g. sheet metal sheathing, ventilation, fire protection)
- Sound experience as a foreman in construction management and the assumption of responsibility in the areas of organization and quality assurance on the construction site are no challenge for you.
- You are service-oriented, reliable and self-motivated and know how to motivate and lead your employees.
- A responsible, quality-oriented, loyal and honest manner - coupled with a positive, winning charisma that strengthens the team and customer relationships - is one of your strengths.
- You are willing to travel to projects in Denmark (currently on Zealand), have good language skills (min. B2) in at least one Scandinavian language and English (German an advantage) as well as a valid EU work permit and a class B driver's license.
