To strengthen our team in Ludwigshafen, we are looking for a Head of Service and Maintenance (m/f/d) for the specialist area of heating, cooling, ventilation and sanitation as soon as possible.

- You ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and legal provisions.
- With an eye for efficiency, you analyze existing processes and continuously develop them further.
- You will also be responsible for the economic management of the service area.
What you bring with you:
- A degree in energy and building services engineering, supply engineering or a comparable qualification as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) forms the professional basis.
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally supplemented by management experience.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to inspire teams are among your personal strengths.
- An existing customer network is an advantage and will be gladly contributed.
- A sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as the Drinking Water Ordinance, VOB, BGB, work contract law and accident prevention regulations, is part of your professional repertoire.
- You work analytically, independently and with a high level of commitment. Flexibility rounds off your profile.
