To strengthen our team in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a project manager (m/f/d) for the specialist area of heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitation at the earliest possible date.

What you can expect from us:
- As a project manager, you will be responsible for the technical and commercial management of construction projects - including planning, costing, preparing quotations and invoicing.
- The capacity and deployment planning of fitters and subcontractors is just as much a part of your job as the coordination of materials and logistics in close cooperation with the site manager.
- You ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget and to a high standard of quality by consistently monitoring implementation and adhering to all specifications.
- In your role, you are the central point of contact for clients, engineers and other project participants - and ensure a smooth flow of communication.
- Varied construction projects in Germany and other European countries offer you an exciting working environment with a high level of personal responsibility.
What you bring with you:
- Several years of experience in project management or construction management - ideally in supply engineering or technical building equipment - are a good basis for your entry.
- Completed training as a master craftsman or technician, or alternatively a relevant degree, qualifies you for this position.
- Negotiating skills, assertiveness and a confident manner are among your personal strengths.
- You are characterized by a responsible, quality-oriented and team-oriented way of working.
