We are looking for an experienced full-time Project Manager for the Technical Insulation department (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

What you can expect from us:
- You will be responsible for the complete coordination of construction projects - including scheduling, order processing, materials planning, invoicing and cost control.
- They manage the installation personnel on site, ensure smooth deployment planning and maintain a daily overview of all processes on the construction site.
- They ensure compliance with all safety regulations, guarantee order on the construction site and coordinate vacation and absence times.
- In collaboration with the project manager, you will train, supervise and develop the technical staff.
- They ensure quality and productivity on the construction site and ensure clear, solution-oriented communication with customers, project managers and other parties involved.
What you bring with you:
- You have several years of experience as a site manager in construction management, ideally with sound practice in the field of technical insulation, in particular sheet metal cladding, ventilation and fire protection.
- You are confident in using Microsoft applications such as Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have a service-oriented, reliable and motivating personality and know how to lead both yourself and your team.
- You are characterized by a responsible, quality-oriented approach, loyalty, honesty and a winning manner.
- You are willing to travel regularly to projects in Denmark (especially Zealand), are fluent in at least one Scandinavian language as well as English, and have a valid EU work permit and a class B driver's license.
