What you can expect from us:
- Responsibility for organizing, coordinating, and managing projects on the construction site
- Assignment and technical guidance of the installation crew
- Monitoring of Deadlines, Quality, Performance, and Workplace Safety
- Coordination of materials, tools, machinery, and subcontractors
- Preparation and review of quantity surveys, progress reports, and documents relevant to billing
- Support for the training and professional supervision of technicians and trainees
What you bring with you:
- You have several years of experience in technical insulation, ideally as a senior installer, foreman, or experienced skilled worker.
- You have experience in quantity surveying, construction site documentation, and the coordination of work processes.
- You take responsibility on the construction site, lead your team reliably, and maintain a clear overview even during busy periods.
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
- A Class B driver's license and a willingness to travel round out your profile.
