To strengthen our team in Ludwigshafen, we are looking for a site manager(m/f/d) for the specialist area of heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitation at the earliest possible date.

What you can expect from us:
- Independent handling of major projects in the field of technical building equipment - from work preparation to construction and invoicing.
- Coordination, control and monitoring of all trades and subcontractors involved in the construction, while adhering to schedules, budgets and quality and safety standards.
- Direct communication with clients and project participants - solution-oriented, binding and based on partnership.
- Preparation and checking of measurements and support with invoicing in cooperation with project management and controlling.
- Assisting with quality assurance, carrying out documentation during construction and recognizing and reporting deviations in the construction process.
What you bring with you:
- Completed training or studies as a technician or master craftsman
- ideally with a focus on technical building equipment and several years of professional experience in the construction management of technical projects - preferably in the field of air conditioning, ventilation and building services engineering.
- Strong customer orientation, organizational talent and assertiveness - you maintain an overview even in complex construction projects and make clear decisions.
- Willingness to travel within Germany on a project-related basis - with the flexibility to adapt to changing locations.
- Confident with MS Office and ideally with industry-specific software (e.g. for construction scheduling or measurement processing)
