To serve the Scandinavian market, we have already founded a Danish subsidiary where you will work. Your future tasks include:
- Establishment, management and expansion of our Danish branch including employee management (e.g. motivation and further development of employees)
- Expansion and maintenance of existing and new customer contacts and business partners
- Preparation and negotiation of offers
- Active project execution (procurement, implementation, management and control)
- Market and competition observation including carrying out market and competition research
- Responsible for compliance with standards and project requirements
- Full responsibility for sales and achieving financial goals for Denmark
- Identifizierung, Qualifizierung und Akquisition von relevanten Bauprojekten
- Placement of the TL-Concept in tenders

Professional and personal requirements:
- Advanced business training in marketing or sales
- Several years of experience in project management in construction and in the execution of large projects in insulation, fire protection and ventilation technology - network with relevant players an advantage
- Experience building and developing a market at a management level
- Fluent in Danish and able to negotiate in English or German
- good organizational skills and the ability to motivate yourself and your employees
- Sales-oriented and persuasive to be able to complete an order
- Loyal, honest and winning personality - as well as a driving license
