To strengthen our team in Karlsruhe, we are looking for an estimator (m/f/d) for the specialist area of heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitation at the earliest possible date.

What you can expect from us:
- Preparation of offers, orders and additional calculations for building installations in the TGA area
- Preparation of cost estimates/quantity calculations and offers for complex tendering procedures (functional tenders and lump sum offers)
- Ensuring cross-location cooperation, acquiring construction contracts, recognizing opportunities and risks in the processing of tenders from a commercial, contractual and technical perspective
- Summary of the technical, contractual, commercial and accounting results of the tendering process
- Accompanying major construction projects to support project management in the preparation and preparation of subsequent tenders during the construction process.
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial or industrial training, ideally in the field of technical building equipment
- Good understanding of figures and professional experience in the preparation of quotations
- Good knowledge in the creation of service descriptions and in the use of MS Office as well as PDS and common calculation programs, including IP
- Responsible, structured and independent way of working with strong teamwork and communication skills and a winning personality
- EU work permit and driving license (class B)
- Service-oriented and on schedule
- as well as a valid EU work permit and a class B driver's license
As an estimator, you are jointly responsible for driving forward our upcoming construction projects and coordinating them with a clear focus on (additional) sales and deadlines.
